She has published numerous scientific and professional works in the field of finance. Her areas of expertise include monetary policy, monetary analysis, personal finance, central banking, green finance and behavioral finance. In addition to academic activities, she actively cooperates with the public and private sectors, through memberships in financial sector supervisory bodies and working groups.

With his previous experience in project management, scientific research and teaching work, and professional knowledge in the broader field of financial institutions and markets, and financing of public interest purposes, brings valuable competencies to this project for cooperation in all areas and activities of the project. He is the Head of the University Financial Institutions and Markets Specialist Study, the founder and head of the Institute for Financial Markets Research, a member of the National Council for Science, Higher Education and Technological Development and a national representative in the European Scientific Advisory Forum.

She has been working on finance topics and areas for a quarter of a century, and more recently, on incorporating the sustainability paradigm in financial services. In the context of implementing sustainability principles, she is active in the scientific, professional, and educational process, and she practically implements the same principles through the Banking Academy project, through public appearances in the profession, practical activities in business, and scientific publications, thereby promoting innovative sustainable financial instruments.

She has published papers in various international journals, such as the International Journal of Environmental Research and Public Health. She is the lead of the "Summer starts with ESG" educational program, developed in collaboration within the academic and business communities. She attended education at the University of California at Berkeley, as well as at Harvard Business School in Boston, and is a member of several professional associations and bodies, including the Working Group for the Implementation of the Trade Secrets Act. She served as an appointed member of the European Affairs Committee of the Croatian Parliament and an external member of the Economic Council of the President of the Republic of Croatia.
Associate Professor at the Department of Finance at the University of Zagreb, Faculty of Economics and Business
With her doctoral thesis „Development of socially responsible investment through different investment strategies” she won the international EDAMBA Thesis Competition 2015, organized by the European Doctoral Association in Management and Business Administration. She is the Sustainable finance course coordinator. She serves as a member of the Forum to Support Sustainable Financing, established by the Government of the Republic of Croatia.
Associate Professor at the Department of Finance at the University of Zagreb, Faculty of Economics and Business
Based on her associate role in previous, „Models of market financing of public interest purposes“ project (MZOS), brings competencies developed through research activities and dissemination of results by publishing research and professional papers in the fields of financial institutions and markets and financing purposes with public interest. She is the lead of Sustainability Committee and a member of the scientific council of the Institute for Financial Markets Research at the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Zagreb.
Postdoctoral Researcher at the Department of Finance at the University of Zagreb, Faculty of Economics and Business
He graduated from the Faculty of Economics and Business at the University of Zagreb in July 2012. Since January 2017, he has been employed at the Department of Finance of the Faculty of Economics and Business at the University of Zagreb, first as a teaching assistant and as a postdoctoral researcher from February 2023 onward. In December 2022 he received the “Dr. Pero Jurković” award for his doctoral dissertation from the Faculty of Economics and Business Zagreb. His research interests include non-performing loans, bank efficiency and financial technology.
